Good to know
The questions I get asked
How long until my order arrives?
Prints are made on demand: allow 2 to 5 days of production, then your country’s delivery time. Originals leave the studio within 3 business days.
Do the works come framed?
No. Everything ships unframed, unless the item description says otherwise.
That choice, because the journey can be rough and damage the work in transit — but also so you can pick the frame that suits your wall.
What is the difference between an original and a print?
The original is the hand-painted piece: it exists only once. The print is a reproduction on art paper, made for you the day you order.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Write to me with a photo within 14 days: we send another if possible. Every order ships in rigid packaging with tracking.
